  • My Account: If you're unable to log in to your My Account, or if you have not logged into your Account this year, please create a new account, as the site has been updated.

  • Tracking your order: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking link.  

    Note, if your order contained multiple items it may be shipped in separate packages. Refer to the Shipping Notification emails for itemized detail.

  • Pre-Order / Missing Item: If your order included multiple items, sometimes these are shipped individually. You can track the status of each item under My Account. Any remaining items will be sent once they are available.  

  • Cancellations: If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us
