Ordering Customized Products:

- Important Considerations: Due to the specific processing requirements for personalized orders, changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your spelling and selections carefully before confirming your order.
- Name &/or Number Limitations: There may be restrictions on particular names &/or number combinations.
Processing and Shipping:
- Extended Processing Times: Customized items require additional time to produce, resulting in extended processing times. This will be clearly noted on the product page. Typically, expect an additional 3-5 days beyond the standard processing time.
- Delay in Shipping: If your order contains multiple items, your entire order will be sent once your personalized/customized item has been processed.
- Shipping: Once your custom item is ready, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Limited Returns: Due to their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are defects in the product's material or workmanship, see how to return a faulty item.
